We have 4 lofts at Nomad Beach House, all with the same layout, designed for your well-being and comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. They are equipped with a cozy king-size bed and two twin-size trundle beds, making them ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends.

To make you feel right at home, each loft offers:

We are located just 700 meters from the beach and 900 meters from the famous natural pools of Taipu de Fora. Additionally, we offer free parking for your convenience. For those arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Ilhéus (IOS).

We are located 900 meters from Taipu de Fora beach, on the Maraú Peninsula.

All lofts have the same layout and feature a full kitchen, integrated living room, balcony, bathroom, bath and hand towels, and toiletries.

Can I reach the Beach House with a standard car?

Yes, it is possible to reach the Beach House with standard cars. However, a 4x4 vehicle is preferred, as some parts of the roads have small sand banks that can make getting around the peninsula difficult.

What is the nearest airport to Maraú?

The nearest airport is Ilhéus (IOS), 124km away. Salvador Airport (SSA) is 293km away.

How do I get to the Maraú Peninsula?

For those coming from Ilhéus or Itacaré, take the BA-001 heading north. For those coming from Salvador, the best route is to take the ferry to Itaparica and head south on the BA-001 until you reach the BR-030.The final stretch of the BR-030 leading into the Maraú Peninsula is unpaved (dirt road) and is mandatory regardless of which part of Bahia you are coming from. If you are driving but prefer to avoid the dirt road to Barra Grande, a great option is to leave your vehicle in private parking lots in Camamu. From there, you can take a speedboat (lancha) or boat to Barra Grande. Once on the peninsula, we highly recommend renting an ATV (quad bike) to get around.
